The overall goal of the assignment is to provide the Energy Sector Regulatory Commission (CRSE) with technical assistance in the design and implementation of its strategic and operational communications, taking into account its new responsibilities, to enable it to ensure the transparency of its actions and legitimacy among stakeholders and the general public.
