Diagnostic study of urban road infrastructure and design of an integrated urban road network master plan for the city of Djibouti

This assignment consists of developing a detailed diagnostic study of the urban infrastructure and the design of a master plan for the urban road network of the city of Djibouti. The objectives of the assignment are to:

– Conduct a detailed diagnostic study of the current state of road and urban infrastructure

–  Establish an investment plan for the city’s road infrastructure with short, medium and long-term strategies to improve the development of the city’s resilient infrastructure

– Draw up a master plan for the capital’s urban road network

• Phase 1 : Diagnosis of Djibouti-city’s road and urban infrastructure in the Ras-Dika and Boulaos communes
• Phase 2 : Preparation of an investment plan with preliminary designs, and an urban transport plan for the city of Djibouti
• Phase 3 : Preparation of a master plan for road infrastructure in the capital of Djibouti
