Detailed design, detailed ESIA, RAP preparation, construction tender documents and construction supervision option for the ACCES Project

The ACCES project comprises three activities:

I- Supply component, relating to the extension of the national power grid through the construction of 660 km of MV distribution lines and 420 km of LV lines for the electrification of around 325 localities in the Fatick, Kaolack, Tambacounda, Kolda and Sédhiou regions.

II- Consumer demand support component, with the aim of sustaining and increasing demand for electricity through demand-side interventions.

III- Distribution network improvement component, aimed at reducing technical losses as well as the frequency and duration of power cuts on the MV network

• Preparation and design of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), ESMPs and RAPs
• Preparation of the Resettlement Policy Framework (CPR) and a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (PEPP) for Compact II
