As part of the first optional period of the mission “Support for the development and implementation of a communication strategy for the Energy Sector Regulatory Commission (CRSE) – Reform Project,” a benchmarking and training mission abroad was organized for CRSE executives.
Participating in this mission, on behalf of the CRSE:
- The Head of the Communications, Public Relations and International Cooperation Department;
- The Consumer Affairs Director.
This activity, which was part of the implementation of the capacity-building actions planned in the training and support plan, was held in Tunis, Tunisia, from October 13 to 17, 2025, and aimed to strengthen the participants’ capacities through exchange visits with key stakeholders in the energy sector, as well as training sessions.
The main objective was to capitalize on Tunisian experience in communicating with stakeholders and defending energy consumer rights.
CRSE executives benefited from technical strengthening through expert presentations, targeted training sessions, and enriching professional exchanges. The mission also enabled them to expand their network through meetings with various institutional and professional partners in the Tunisian energy sector.
We thank everyone who contributed to the success of this mission.
