Feasibility study for the creation of a Land Transport Regulatory Agency (ARTT)

The purpose of the assignment is to assess the advisability of establishing a Land Transport Regulatory Agency in order to improve coordination between the various entities responsible for transport and ensure that regulations are properly followed and enforced by transport operators.

• Phase 1: Assessment of the current situation
• Phase 2: Analysis of possible scenarios for the establishment of the ARTT and proposal of the optimal scenario
• Phase 3: Implementation plan for the ARTT
