          Changes in CNSS benefits, contributions
               and deficits from 2000 to 2019

                                                     The   study    on   the   design   and    implementation     of
                                                     macroeconomic  and  structural  policies  and  reforms  in  Tunisia
                                                     aims  to  strengthen  the  capacities  of  the  Tunisian  Institute  of
                                                     Competitiveness and Quantitative Studies (ITCEQ) by providing
                                                     it with more efficient tools and instruments enabling to:
                                                     .   (i) improve macroeconomic forecasts.
                                                     .   (ii) timely understand any necessary anticipations.
                                                     .  (iii)  assess  the  impacts  of  the  measures  and  reforms
                                                     undertaken  and,  where  appropriate,  identify  the  necessary
